Erin’s Law requires all students in grades Pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in Illinois to experience age-appropriate learning opportunities regarding sexual assault and abuse awareness and prevention.

• Students in PreK-3rd Grade participate in an age-appropriate discussions led by the Guardian Angel Community Services Program in Joliet, Illinois.

• Students in 4th-12th Grade participate in an age-appropriate discussions led by their building's school counselor.
